Neat drawing, deff keep at it.
Try comparing the size of your eyes with your nose and your mouth, at least that's helped me to try to improve practicing. and just trying to find all sorts of shapes within the face, so lots of just looking and studying..and feeling up your own face. Also some more consistent lighting/shading might help.
