still b/ping for 2 days after 7 days of restriction. idk why but its been like that pretty steady for the last while.  Better than b/ping every day tho, so grateful for that.  But idk how much longer i can even handle just that.  Every b/p day is pretty much just constantly painful.  Just ended the second one, not entirely by choice but rather bc  my heart hurts too much to purge again in a while
